Open the pilot in three steps
Customers can prepare an account now. Collecting and spending points need a deployed pilot and a transaction service.
Hosted pilot setup is documented in docs/vercel-deployment.md. Use the same website address for every visit: a localhost passkey cannot restore an account on a different website.
1. Prepare the test environment
From the project folder, run the setup helper. It lists the missing settings without displaying secrets.

2. Deploy and connect Sepolia
Configure a dedicated test signer, reviewed contract dependencies and a capped sponsorship policy. Deploy v2 and import its release manifest.
Contract addresses configured; live acceptance is still required.
3. Complete one real customer visit
Create merchant and customer accounts in a supported browser. Enroll, earn, view points, exchange, collect a reward, return an expired reservation and restore a backup.
Transaction service is disabled.
